Directions for most purposes: For active development or resisting stress, use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon for watering. Not the same as the Miracle Gro Plant Food
When I was growing my flowers early in the spring I used the regular Miracle Gro Plant Food.The plants flourished and I got a lot of green, but not so many blooms.Then I learned I was giving them a lot of nitrogen, but blooms need phosphorus and not much nitrogen.

It turns out that when plants get nitrogen they grow and when the get phosphorus they bloom.

This food has just a little nitrogen and a lot of phosphorus.After I started using this my flowers bloomed like crazy and the blooms were quite large and kept on coming.
