Love It !!!
Good lord, I actually enjoy watering the lawn!! The traveling sprinkler works great: I set a course with the hose, dial in the tractor speed, adjust the spray nozzles for the desired spray diameter, and let it go. After it runs the course, it automatically shuts off. The downside: pedestrians want to chat about it (does it really work? is it actually moving?? where'd you get it??). But EVERYONE who sees it, smiles. Have a great summer.

A real work horse!
If you have nothing to do on a summer day spend a few minutes watching your rain train. Is it really moving? Yes, it is and it is a marvelous thing! The un-sung hero of the garden store. The rain train will stop you from dragging that hose. Put her on at bed time and save water. Stop dragging that hose around, and don't break the budget quite yet on that sprinkiling system. If the budget is really tight, invest in and mini-umbrella for your smoothie and kick back and watch while the sprinkler does the work. :o)

This ole tractor ain't what it used to be.
Now on my third Nelson Traveling Sprinkler that has busted down during its second use. Seems like something is wrong in the gear box as it attempts to move forward, but just clicks and bounces back. And yes, the spray arms are aimed correctly. The first two were exchanged because the cheap plastic black tee connector cracked and leaked after there first use. One would think a brass tee would apply here. Not knowing how well this product was made in the past, but today Traveling Sprinkler seems to have cut corners in quality.

Worth the effort it takes to learn to use...
With a bit of experimentation you can water your yard well and inexpensively.

Beautiful addition to my garden...

Better stock up on string
I have a small yard so I got a lightweight model. Everything about the Grass Hog works just fine except one thing, the automatic string feed mechanism. I thought that automatic string feed was a great convenience when I bought it, but after just one use, it spent the entire spindle. I'm going to return this so I can get one a trimmer that requires bumping. At least that way I won't have to buy a new spindle each time I do some trimming.

Everyone should be like this
Excellent product. Much easier to use than the bump kind.

Autofeed plastic mechanism melted.
The white autofeed plastic part melted on the first day and the GH600 stopped feeding string. Useless. I had to return it immediately. Now I'm looking for a reliable electric trimmer.

I would definitely recommend this
I have a small lot (8500 sq. ft.) and the rear portion had a fair amount of tall grass growing in a non-landscaped area. This thing chopped that stuff down no problem. I had a McCullough gas trimmer that couldn't take that stuff down.

I haven't had it long enough to comment on the line use issues, but i think for ~$50 this is a great value. It does a lot better edging my bermuda lawn than the dedicated Craftsman edger that I had (used a blade).

So basically this outperforms 2 units that had a combined cost of around $200 for me. So far I am thrilled with it. Don't worry about it not having the power to do basic trimming. This has converted me to electric trimmers for the foreseeable future.

Trimmer knife breaks.
I've had the trimmer knife break off twice. The trimmer knife is used to automatically cut the string to the desired length. Without the knife, the trimmer cannot be used. The first time the knife broke off Home Depot reluctantly accepted the exchange. The second time I riveted a sheet of sharpened metal to where the knife used to be. I'm looking around for a better model. This model eats line like crazy, particularly the non-round kind, leaving pieces of trimmer line everywhere. Does a Great Job!
This mower cuts and mulches my lawn very well. It is very light and very easy to maneuver. Not having to buy gas and oil make up for having to perform the "cord dance."

Just about perfect for those with small yards
We live in a townhouse with a 1600 square foot lot, so we didn't need a self-propelled gas mower. A cheap gas push mower would have costed about half as much as this electric mower but the bother of gas, starting, etc - just not worth it. I just plug this mower in, pull a switch and go. I was really struck by now much less of a hassle an electric mower is the first time I used it.

I really like the single-lever height adjustment, and the 40-pound weight makes it easy to manuvre. There was some dancing with the cord, but not enough to be a bother. It is also a very quiet mower, which I am sure the neighbors appreciate.

It did bog down a bit when I went over some 8" tall thick grass, but other than that, this mower had plenty of power. So this is not the mower to use for big jobs on big yards. But for me, it's perfect.

Gas no more
This lawn mower cuts as good as my 6hp gas one did and a whole lot lighter. Need to watch where your cord is.

So easy, it feels like cheating.
I'm in my third summer of having a quarter-acre lawn of my own. The first year, I used a reel mower, the old-fashioned muscle-powered kind. I felt virtuous since I wasn't making any noise or air pollution, but it wasn't powerful enough to take down the thick crabgrass. I would need to follow up with an electric weed whacker to get the stubborn stuff. If I were to go out of town for a weekend, I'd regret it when returning, since the knee-high grass was nearly impossible to tackle with a reel mower.

Last summer, I inherited the old self-propelled gas mower I used as a teenager. No more worries about stubborn grass, now I had power-- or so I thought. It would pack all the clippings into a hopper which I could use for composting. Sadly, I only got one good cutting before the thing needed so much maintenance I could have bought 2 of these electric mowers. The pull cord starter was a pain, as was the noise and smell of a combustion engine. I also needed to store gasoline, which didn't thrill me since I don't have a garage or a shed. Bah.

This summer, I decided to do the sensible thing and look for a compromise solution. I had used electric mowers in the past, but they didn't have the sort of power that this one has. It's like a dream! Even knee-high grass disappears under its whirling blade. I haven't had to use the discharge function yet, since the mulcher is so effective. There's virtually no clippings left behind to rake and bag -- the only real evidence is the green hue of my mowing shoes. Sure, you need to manage a cord, but if you work your way out from the electrical outlet in parallel lines, you hardly notice except for when you "come about." It reminds me of sailing.

It's quiet, it's effective, it's easy, and it's clean. No fumes or stink on this hog. I wish I had bought one of these two years ago. I can store it indoors without a big mess. It starts instantly, every time. Very strongly recommended if you have a small lawn like mine.

Fantastic
I've had this mower for about 4 months now, and it's great. It does take a bit of getting used to with the cord. I find myself mowing like I vacuum: with the cord in one hand and the mower handle in the other. But the mower is so light, it's a breeze to operate with one hand. a bit of heaven.
We have 3 woodstock chimes outside our bedroom window. Our neighbors keep thier bedroom window open just to hear the chimes.The peaceful harmnious sounds, are truly what heaven must sound like.

Pleasent sound
I got the whole set of Woodstock Percussion Gregorian windchimes from the Soprano, to the Baritone.

Besides, it's weather resist, I own the original Olympic sound for over 6 years and still good as new. Definitely worth the money and long term enjoyment.

I recently received the Woodstock Percussion GAS Gregorian Alto Wind Chime. As the owner of several windchimes I must say this is my favorite. The sound is absolutely mesmorizing. Great Gardening Tool
I love this bench! It is easy to assembly for anyone with easy to follow instructions, no tools required. The bench is great for indoors or outdoors. I use it all year around, rain or shine, cold or hot. It also easy to clean, just hose it off.

I once heard on the radio that when a man buys a house and moves out of an apartment, he buys two things: a refrigerator and a barbecue grill.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Suncast GB3000 is the third item on his list.

Suncast calls it a gardening bench. I think that name doesn't do the product justice.

As others have already pointed out, this convenient cart is terrific as a barbecue "side-cart" or as a bar for a party.

In my case, it is also a great rolling workbench -- I had to replace a broken part in my car's driver-side door. The large table top and additional shelves in this cart made it easy for me to spread out my tools and the replacement part. The "tub" tray was perfect for holding on to the screws and bolts that I had to remove to get to the broken part.

And, of course, it's useful for doing work around the yard. The plastic cart washes easily so it's not too bad to switch it use between gardening cart, workbench, and barbecue side-cart.

Is is reasonably sturdy and is easy to assemble. It takes only about 5 minutes, and you don't need any tools. The vertical supports are rubber-coated steel, so it's strong.

It turns out that you have some flexibility when assembling the cart -- the tray slots can be toward the "back" (over the wheels) or toward the "front" (under the handles), and you can mount them so that the trays come out in the left/right direction, or in the front/back direction. The smaller upper-shelf can also be placed either toward the back, or the front.

BTW, I originally bought one as a father's day present; but got one for myself after I saw how nice it was. If you have a house, I think this makes a good purchase.

Great Item! Easy to put together!!
This is an excellent product! I put it together in 15 minutes and no tools were needed. Very simple! It is heavy duty and sturdy. It has a lot of room to work and different ways to design the cart to make it work for you the way you want it too.

Around 10 years old and still going!
I got my Suncast Gardening Bench for Mother's Day around 10 years ago. It has been outside the entire time and although the winters can get very cold here, it is in great shape. I love it!

My great bargain!!
After reading other reviews and having looked unsuccessfully for a practical bench on which to pot and trim my bonsai trees, I just bought the Suncast cart at my local garden center for $$$$$ on clearance. It was a snap to put together, and it fits perfectly next to the grill on my patio. There it can do double duty as a barbecue cart and potting bench. I had looked at many wood ones online, but Wisconsin weather is hard on wood outdoors, and I'm looking to lower my maintenance chores, not increase them.

Great as an Electric Trimmer
In its third summer of light duty use, the Ryobi trimmer does well dispatching the tasks of my small .3 acre yard. I just replaced the nylon cord and the task was much easier then expected. Just cut TWO 8 foot sections of line (not clear in manual) and feed right on to spool. You do NOT need to remove spool! Squirt some WD-40 to ease installation.

Watch to keep the motor ventilation clear and cool running. Not as powerful as a gas model but then the electric always starts!

You can use alternative nylon line.

Good String Trimer
I really like this trimmer. The power cord lock is easy to use. (I recommend a round vs flat cord.) I'm using 12 gauge cord (After all power loss is reduced by using a heavier wire.) and it just fits.

The string winder is really easy to use, and you don't have to buy pre-wound cassets like some other string timmers I could mention but won't.

All but one of the attachments work with this motor unit. (The hedge trimmer)

Love This Trimmer
I am a single woman who wants NO problems with lawn equipment simply beacause I can't work on them. I was at a local hardware store and found this Ryobi 132r TrimmerPlus on the clearance table. (...) I haven't weedeated all spring or summer and it cut right thru all the tall weeds and grass like butter! I didn't have the owners manuel but was able to find it right here on this site, my next purchase will be the blower for it! Buy this trimmer, you won't be sorry!

Ok but it stinks if the lines jam
I agree with everyone's assessment that this trimmer is light , easy to load and can cut through moderately thick grass. However, I have had one problem with it. If the line gets jammed or if you don't bump it to release more line fast enough, you have to unscrew the head to reload it... try feeding two lines back into the head when you are hot, sweaty and tired! I don't know if Ryobi offers an accessory that solves this problem.

Not bad, but not great
I bought this so I could use my tools while my Ryobi 890r 4-cycle power unit was in the shop. Again. And for when it goes in the shop next time, and next...

Anyway, this electric version works fairly well. It's great for chopping weeds and blowing leaves. However, it has MUCH less power than the 4-cycle engines, and presumably 2-cycle as well. The vacuum attachment is Useless with this, at least when picking up more than a few small, light, easily suckable leaves.

This makes me wary of using the tiller attachment.

I'd recommend this to anybody who wants a standby power unit while their's is in the shop, possibly sitting right next to mine. I'd also recommend this unit to folks who need three or so tools, except that it would cost just as much, or less, to buy separate cordless tools, saving the time and trouble of fooling around with a cord. ... Does not work well for Asian Tiger mosquitos
Despite claims it just doesn't work well against Asian tiger mosquitos. I don't think any unit will. These mosquitos seem to get attracted to mainly by visually seeing your movement amongst others.

I've seen the mosquitos get attracted to the unit at times (usually in the evening) and are all over it, but don't get inside the unit for whatever reason. I've tried using just pure electiric mode and CO2 as well, just doesn't work in Austin, TX.

I'm back to spraying the bayer's mosquito-b-gone thing on the bushes and grass. That works very well, if done right and periodically. Doesn't ever get rid of them completely but reduces to a great extent in just a day or two.

I highly recommend this device.The mosquitos hit my property early every year, and plague me right into the middle of autumn.I live in the woods, and lounging on my deck for the past couple years has been impossible without dousing myself in deet, citronella, or some other chemical applied to my skin.I've shopped consistently for an effective mosquito trap, and have read extensively about all the offerings on the market.In fact, I had saved up some money over the past two years to purchase the vastly more expensive, propane-driven Mosquito Magnet, which is made by a company based right here in New England.After reading about all the problems people have had with the Mosquito Magnet valves (and parts melting in certain cases), I went with the Mega Catch Ultra instead.I am very glad I did.It works wonderfully, and for hundreds less.I caught about 700 mosquitos in the first few days, and more than a thousand over the next week after that.It also got a few moths, but that's fine with me as that prevents them from getting in my house to eat my wool carpets and suits.The only problem I had with the device was that the UV bulb burned out within two weeks.However, I called the Sportsman's Guide, who was the actual vendor from whom I purchased through Amazon.com, and their customer service people were very helpful, promising that I would have a new bulb within the next 14 days.I am very happy with the Mega Catch Ultra, as my deck is now mosquito free.Better yet, I haven't even hooked up the CO2; the entire catch has been without the use of any gas so far (a tank of CO2 runs about $125.00 here in New England, and I'm saving my money for another Mega Catch Ultra). ... What's the big deal?
After reading elsewhere how wonderful these French Press coffeemakers are, I have yet to understand why. I bought one at Target like this one & made coffee, carefully following the enclosed directions. I didn't like having to wait for the boiled water to cool since you're not supposed to use boiling water. Then, once poured, waiting for the coffee grounds to steep. With an electric coffeemaker you just make the coffee, push a button and when it's done, it's done, no interim steps and waiting around. The coffee from these presses also isn't that great, kind of strong but watery mud, and not very hot, my main complaint. Then....cleanup time! Yuck! What do I do with all those sloshy grounds if my disposal isn't working?...which it isn't. The time it takes to make, the luke-warm quality of the coffee, and the messy cleanup, make this coffeemaker a bad idea.

Ok I used this thing for a year on and off and it works fine. I don't know what you people are talking about. Just be careful with the thing and don't break it. I never wash it in the dishwasher so maybe that's what cracks it? Take care of it and it will take care of you.

You Get What You Pay For
I don't know where they get that this product is "unbreakable" because ours developed a crack in the bottom even though it was never dropped or banged around. It was really convenient while it lasted, but think of it as more of a temporary item than something that will last.

Useless
I have had great luck with other Bodun french press coffee makers, but this press lasted less than a month. Very poorly made!

Invest in a better model
My husband and I purchased this press at Target for $10. We didn't want to spend a lot on our first press because we weren't sure how often we would use it or if we would use it at all. We did end up loving having our coffee made this way, but the press broke after only 1 week. We followed the directions very carefully and made sure not to use fine ground coffee. The plastic screw cap for the press pieces wasn't well made and the threads stripped. Now the press pieces (the filters) come apart and it's useless. ... Read more

great; weight limit & hardware
This is a beautiful, sturdy, well-designed product. At first I thought it would look silly in a New England apartment, but then I sat in it and stopped caring. It's that comfortable. It's also fairly unobstrusive, and in a pinch (toddlers visiting? landlord dropping by?) it's easy to substitute a hanging plant or just unhook the chain from the ceiling altogether.

As far as safety, if you install it correctly you have nothing to worry about; yes, it will hold two people at once. :-) You'll need to buy a length of chain at the hardware store -- ask for 3/16" link, 750-lb test, and get one or two S-hooks that fit through a link. The chair itself is rated to support up to 500 lbs. Finally, a 2" x 4" ceiling joist will support 450 lbs over a 10-foot span before it begins to bow or buckle. Recommended . . . enjoy!

MY WIFE LOVES IT
My wife and kids love the chair, but I don't care for it that much. I thought the chair was a little bit constricting. Assembly was easy. Give yourself alot of room for it, the base is huge.

Nice, but doesn't last outside
I bought one for my wife for Christmas 2 years ago, and it was inside most of the time for the first year, and outside most of the second year, and the small ropes in the seat broke and the chair developed large holes as it raveled apart.
We live in Florida, but it was under a big oak tree, so it was shaded all day.
Ropes also got dirty looking fast.
