Incomplete Base and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE
Just like the other review, our base arrived INCOMPLETE!!!NO CASTERS...No response from Amazon. Bought our own casters did not want to hassle with sending back the huge boxes and the barbecue was the size we wanted.

7-15-04 Opened packaging on 7-10-04 and could not finish assembling due to lack of wheels. E-mailed amazon.com on 7-11-04 about problem and have yet to receive acknowlegment that received email and issue being dealt with. Package came from Amazon.com on Mercer Road in Lexington, KY. There was no direct email address.

Missing parts

Ducane has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy
If you own a Ducane gas grill and paid extra for a lifetime warranty,you lost out!You will be expected to pay for all replacement parts.Ducane assets have been taken by Webber grill company.It's American business at its worst.Local distributers who sold you the Ducane will not honor the warranty that you paid extra money for.They made their money from the initial sale.Ducane has no honor as far as I am concerned.If you already own a high price Ducane,call your dealer and find out what I just discovered.Any good lawyers out there to protect us? ...
