Pretty but not very bright!
This is the first light of this type I've ever purchased, so I don't really have anything to which to compare it. The light itself is very attractive, with the polished copper housing and the matching bracket. However, our lamp is very dim. It doesn't even cast any light on the car only a couple feet away from it. I am very disappointed with my purchase. Will be looking into how to return it for a refund.

No Fuss Lighting
I have a total of 10 of these lights in my backyard. They were easy to install and look great. Excellent product.

I've bought 4 and am buying 6 more. They send a shimmering glow of light across my pool and attract NO BUGS! There is also NO WIRING, just pleasure, and easy to set up.. I LOVE'UM!

great addition to your landscaping
I purchased two of these lights to add to a landscape border and am very impressed with them. They are very easy to assemble & install. The light housing and copper finish has a nice quality feel and look to it. It has a two-pronged stake that seems very sturdy. It also comes with the alternative wall mount. The lights also only require an eight hour charge before using them, unlike most others i've bought that require a 3-4 day charge, you'll be able to use them the same day of installation. Christmas Magic Every Night
I live in Seattle Washington so mine don't get the charge sunny places get, but they are so pretty, every night... low light, but a little light is all I asked for... : )

I love these lights!
Anyone in the market for "solar" lights will love this product. Obviously, the gentleman who complained about the brightness should have done a little research before purchasing solar lights and gone with low voltage. However, for solar lights, these are the brightest I've seen. They emit a wonderful blue-white light and are wonderful for marking out a path. I have mine on either side of my front walkway. I have neighbors who have solar lights and mine are much brighter. I shopped around extensively before purchasing these and they are a great deal! I'm also getting a couple lanterns and hope they will be just as nice.

I guess it's okay...
The lights were easy to put together and install. I allowed them to charge for two full days in the bright Florida sunshine before turning them on. The light they emit is a faint blue, hardly useful at all if you're really trying to illuminate something.

Then, I discovered that someone else liked them more than me. A couple of months after I put them in the ground, someone walked off with five of them. Easy to install, you bet. Easy to uninstall, even more so ;-) ... Read more

Adorable Lights
These lights are just adorable. We live in a neighborhood with a homeowners association. We can not have bright landscape lights in our yard. Form and Function!
This beautiful bird feeder is much heavier and sturdier than I expected. I easily assembled it myself. I live in a new subdivision and had not had many birds in my yard. I do now!
This feeder solved all the problems I'd had with other feeders; it holds a lot of seed, holds many different seed types so I can attract lots of birds, is sturdy enough to withstand strong winds, and is covered so the seed stays dry even after a thunderstorm.
I also ordered the matching angel fountain and 3 bird birdbath. I am very pleased with the quality and value.

Charming and Durable at a Great Price
We have had this feeder for three years with no rust or appreciable wear. We purposely removed the bird figurine for better viewing of the birds. Prevents seed from falling to the ground better than most feeders.

Has a nice look to it in my backyard.
When I bought this bird feeder 6 months ago, I had never had a feeder before. I just thought it would be a nice idea to try. I'm glad I did. Yes, it's a bit of trouble to get outside each morning to clean (birds are messy!) and refill; however, it is nice to watch birds come by and feed from it.

The Astonica feeder seems to be holding up well. I live in So. California, so it is not exposed to severe rainy, snowy or freezing conditions. I still need to find out how it weathers the summer heat.

When I first put it together, I was suprised that it took me an hour or so to put together. This feeder has six sides that must be correctly placed and fastened between top and bottom, and it took me a bit of time to attach them. I am not very handy mechanically, so if you are like me, I suggest you have a friend provide a much-appreciated second set of hands.

A couple of points that I would like to pass along before you buy the Astonica feeder. First, the seed you place in the feeder gets tossed around by the birds, so expect to have seed around the base of the unit. Unfortunately, this same seed sprouts grass, etc., so don't put the bird feeder in your prized flower bed! Place it somewhere you won't mind having some vegetation that grows, or that you will clean up. Second, if you want to just try feeding birds, you really don't need a manufactured bird feeder. Just place some feed on a large platter (ceramic works well for me) and watch the visiting birds. Actually, you'll get a better view, as the birds wont be shaded by the Astonica's roof!

pretty bird feeder
I had seen this bird feeder inpast jaunts when looking for feeders, but never wanted to pay so much. The I saw it in my Gold Box, well, such a good price, could not let it pass me by. I do find it attractive, as did my pet bird who, before I took it outside, had to be physically removed out of the house after she wanted to claim it for her own. She did look adorable in it. Only complaint is that the little bird shown in the picture wasnot included inthe packaging. And am having a time trying to get a human and the manufacturing company to tell me how to get one. Have had it only a few weeks, so i can not tell you if it is weather-proof. But it sure looks cute nder my tree just outside the window of my pet bird who want HER birdhouse back.

I have owned this particular item for a couple of years. The first year, the "bird" fell off, deer opened each slot and ate the food. Last year it was so rusty I tempted to throw it away. Decorative, but not practical
I liked the look of this birdhouse, so I got it for my yard. It's very cute, and looks like a little tiny log house. My biggest issue with it is that it's so small! Very few of the birds in my yard are so small, so it's really useless as far as for being a birdhouse. I guess it's a good thing no birds will be living in it, as there is no way to open it up for cleaning. It does look nice though, so I'll keep it around for awhile.

From the land of Lincoln?
This is the saddest looking birdhouse I've ever seen. I guess Lincoln might have liked it with it's rustic log cabin theme and construction, but somehow the clunky log design doesn't work for a birdhouse. It looks more like what a junior-high school student would put together as a project in wood shop. No, actually most of those were better than this, 'cause I had to take wood shop myself and most of the boys could do better than this bird feeder even back then.

Another example of Americans' predeliction for bad design. This thing is ugly. Ungainly, awkward proportions, cutesy-poo. Horrid.

Cute little house
I like this bird house because it looks like a real log cabin house. The bark on the outside makes it blend in with the trees & in doing so it will protect the young birds nesting in the house......it's also made very sturdy to withstand any preditors.

Cute little Birdhouse
This birdhouse is about half the size of the Astonica A-Frame Birdhouse. It is made of rough hewed pieces of logs for that rustic look. There are open spaces between and around the three roundish twigs that make up the bottom of the house for ventilation and drainage.
My husband spent a few minutes modifying one of the side roof panels so we can open and clean the house.

I love this log cabin for the birds!
This is my all time favorite bird house! I have about 30 bird houses hanging in my front tree, and the birds love this one! It looks like a home made log cabin, the birds love the design! Get this bird house, you won't be sorry, it's very original!

Unhappy Birdhouse
I was very disappointed with the construction of the birdhouse.
It needs to have an opening to clean the house out after the birds nest. The hanger was not sturdy enough to hang. This was broken when I received it.

Makes a great gift....
This birdhouse is something anyone would enjoy. I received mine for Christmas from my daughter. (Thanks Courtney!) I'm almost ashamed to say I've been too selfish to give it to those who would enjoy it most...the birds!!! Right now it is sitting on my dining room window seat where all of my human and four-legged friends can enjoy it. I am planning on ordering several more to give as gifts and even a few for the birds! This is a great value and makes for a very affordable gift. I would advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing this, to give as a gift, to order it a few months ahead of time as I ordered two in December and didn't receive them until April. All being said, it was worth the wait.

Bird Bath
I was delighted with the Astonica birdbath when I finally did receive it after 2 1/2 months of waiting. It is very sturdy in the Nebraska winds and the birds do love it. Mine was somewhat scarred up in shipment was a disappointment, but due to the wait I incurred in getting it, I was not going to return it.

Astonica 3-Bird Birdbath
The packaging and quality control of this product is very poor. The item was shipped without any hardware (screws/washers/nuts) and was chipped in places (which I was willing to live with). I called the company to report the missing hardware, and they shipped a box of hardware that was still missing the parts I needed. I called again to report three items still missing. They then sent me another birthbath that was broken in three places but did have the hardware inside I needed to fix the first one. Ridiculous!!

Very disappointing
I order this bird bath back in June and waited two months for it to be shipped. When it finally arrived, the bowl section was broken. It seems that section is not metal and the rest of the bird bath is metal. The manufacturer only used loose bubble wrap to cushion it in the box. When I called the manufacturer's "800" number, they immediately offered to send a replacement. It arrived very quickly and very much damaged in the same manner as the first one. Until this manufacturer improves their shipping, I strongly recommend that you do not buy this item.

Description is incorrect: bowl and birds are aluminum, but post, base, and feet are iron or steel. Threaded studs, washers, and nuts that mount birds to bowl are (non-stainless) steel. Expect galvanic action due to contact of dissimilar metals. Don't know about hardware to mount post to bowl and to base, or feet to base, as they were either not included or fell out during shipment.

(Factory) packaging is completely inadequate, given product's weight. Items are wrapped in bubble pack and placed loosely in a weak cardboard box, with a token sheet of styrofoam between base and bowl. Box arrived punctured and ripped open. I was amazed any of the small items - birds, feet - were still there. Paint was chipped away on multiple components, including steel ones, which'll require touch-up in order to avoid rust. Post's top mounting holes already had rust. Fortunately, nothing was bent or broken.

Manufacturer should improve packaging and raise price to cover additional cost. Other Astonica products that I've bought - dragonfly and butterfly ornaments - were adequately packed, albeit much lighter. ... Read more

I tripped on mine
There is such little light given off from these...I actually tripped on one. I placed several along the walkway leading to my front door. Only about half of them work at all anymore. The rest provide very dim lighting and only for a short period of time. I live in Phoenix and we get A LOT of sun light. So, I think the solar panels are just not quite what they should be.

Sunergy White Cornerstone Light
First off, this is a solar light. It is for ACCENT lighting.
Unless you live in a complete blackout area, it will not light
your way. What this light does do is cast a bluish-white light
that accents whatever landscaping you may have and can be seen even without the light. I gave this three stars because 1 of 8 lights will only stay lit for about 1hour. All the rest have been staying lit for well over 5 hours and I've yet to have a sunny day since buying them 3 days ago.

I'm pleased. ...Not bad....
